Called clearflow drains this week ( 6/10/25) for blocked sewerage drains outside our property. I had a blocked drain and called a drain engineer to look at the issue although the engineer did conclude that's it was an issue with a neighbours drain he didn't do a good of solving the blockage, half an hour after they had left my drain was blocked again. I called/texts several times for them to comeback to sort the issue but they would ignore my calls/texts and when they would answer they would make false promises. I did try ringing another contractor but they also let me down and didn't turn up. I eventually contacted Clearflow Drains they turned up as aranged and got to work. They cleared the neighbours drain and my drain, they explained and showed the issue exactly. They gave me good advice on the steps to contacting Seven Trent to get a refund. I'm highly grateful to Clear Flow Drains for clearing my blocked drain, they have many years experience and won't let you down, highly recommend them. Fantastic service - rare these days. Would definitely recommend. My drain wasn’t actually blocked and the problem was due to faulty fitting . The price was amended to reflect that jetting was unnecessary - most other companies would have still charged. These guys absolutely deserve all the positive reviews they have.

I called these guys to try and sort out the drain in the back garden, which had been foul smelling for a couple of weeks. They came round within 20 minutes, and began to look for the problem. They diagnosed the issue with the main drainage pipe and had to get access via the neighbours drain cover to see what was going on and clear the blockage much further down the main pipe. Excellent professional service, great lads and would highly recommend.

I had problems with my Toilet been blocked so I tried everything in order to unblock it but it didn't work so I phoned Clearflow Drains company and within half an hour their came down and looked at the problems I was having with my Toilet been blocked and then their checked my sewage hole and found it be blocked and within 10 to twenty minutes they unlocked the sewage hole and unblocked my Toilet too. I had a massive blockage in the main drain which was causing a distinct aroma in the house so I called Neil who arrived in less than 15 minutes with his son Shaun. The blockage was identified immediately and they both went to work straight away although it was such a large blockage it took Neil about half an hour to clear it but clear it he did. I had a strong smell of sewage in the house and our drains were gurgling. Neil came out within 30 mins and immediately found the blocked drain to be a shared public drain that would normally be dealt with by the water company. In no time at all he had it unblocked. Came round promptly to fix a problem I had with an external drain and quoted a fixed price for the work, no matter how long it would take which gave some peace of mind! I called Clearflow after 8pm on Eater Sunday and was given price for the blockage fix. They came out on Monday morning and had it unblocked within 30 minutes. They also gave me some good advice about my drain, as I don't have manhole covers in my garden. Very pleased with service.

Great service. Easy to book an appointment and we're able to fit me in quickly. They arrived on time. Very polite and friendly. Got to work straight away. Quickly identified the issue (partly to do with some dodgy plumbing work by our builders) and got it unblocked within 5-10 minutes. They tested and showed us that it was now running clearly (blockage gone - Yay!), explained the plumbing issues and they even showed us how to maintain the pipes in the future to hopefully stop future blockages. They kept to the set price I was quoted on the phone for clearing the blocked drain using the jetter. Great service, would recommend!

Great service from Neil. Fitted us in at short notice and had us sorted in an hour. 5ft high inspection chamber became blocked by debris and caused the streets waste to back up (almost to the rim 4-5 cubic metres) under our lawn. Hight recommended.

I called the night before with a over flowing outside drain which was causing lots of problems in my back garden. The guy was very professional came out next morning he took one look at the problem and said let me check with your neighbours. He found out 2 doors down had a over flowing drain as well that's where the problem started and she had called the council about it. Really great service, I booked a visit in a two hour window with Neil for the next day and he unblocked my drain in 15 minutes.

2 Absolute Legends. Requested a quote just after 7am today and got a message back straightaway. Booked in same day for 9am and they came at 8:20 which was perfect. My outside drain was very badly blocked with debris and an extremely foul smell coming from it. These guys literally took 10 mins and it was done, they even cleaned up nicely afterwards. Unblocked a mini fat berg that had accumulated over sometime for our shared lateral drain that was causing mine and my neighbours drains to back up. 3 very happy households from one job! I urgently needed my outside drain to be unblocked this morning and Neil speedily completed the job. I would definitely use him again for future jobs.

Blocked toilet - I called at 07.40, answered immediately. I was advised that due to the particular routing of our pipework they may not be able to assist due to the high pressure equipment they use. However, I was informed that they would come out on a no fix, no fee basis. By 08.25 the blockage had been removed, and camera inserted down pipe to explain the issue. Found this company on Google and so glad I did. Moved into a new house and realised quite quickly that the drains were blocked. Neil quoted me straight away for the job and turned up promptly the next day. He managed to jet the drains easily and only left when he knew all was in working order again. Outstanding! I found the number on Google after a quick search what my kitchen sink would not empty out. Neil came out straight away, even though it was 930pm. He quickly diagnosed it as a blockage in the main drain at the bottom of the garden. Neil used his machine to clear which took around 15 minutes. Job done and reasonably priced. I was scared of being ripped off but Clearflow can be trusted. I hope I don't need to use them again but I've now saved his number just in case.

We had tried to call dynorod who couldn't get to us on the same day, but we were glad they couldn't! Not only was the price cheaper than dynorod, but Neil was able to get to us within a couple of hours and cleared the blockage and the drain in a few minutes. He checked that everything was clear and left everything clean. He was also able to give us some advice about the cause of the blockage and condition of the drain. We were also able to make payment by bank transfer which was convenient for us. I'd definitely call them again if I had another issue!!

Quick and cheap

Started writing this review at 15:23 today, at 14:44 I called Clearflow drains to sort out a blocked drain. It's no exaggeration to say in that just under 40 minutes we've gone from first conversation to drain completely unblocked. Given how bad it was previously and that it's completely empty now I'm sure this is sorted now. Top work, highly recommend.

Oh my gosh! Neil was on the ball!! He figured out that the blockage was not just blocked in my drain but also in 4 of my neighbours!! He came and sorted it out within an hour. He knocked on all my neighbours doors and lifted their manholes and sorted it out! He did it while I was at work and my wife was at home. Did this all for £90 as quoted! Neil arrived within the hour, fixed price and didn't charge any more then agreed over the phone. He was professional and got the job done quick. He also offered to come back again free of charge if problem persisted. Will be keeping his number for future jobs and would definately reccomend him to family and friends.

I've used Clearflow for many years for all of my properties and have never had any issue. The engineers are always friendly and helpful. They get stuck in and fix the issue quickly. Their prices are also spot on, much cheaper than other drainages companies I've spoken with.

One quick call to these guys and the pond of waste seeping up from the drain was dealt with in under an hour. Even at 10am on a Sunday morning. Great service. Hopefully it'll be a while, but I'd definitely use again.

Running a children's nursery, we do find children like to put paper towels down the toilet and it can cause us a problem. I used to panic but now i just call Neil. He never lets us down even after hours. He is reliable, fairly priced and gets the job sorted asap.

I just had to leave a comment on here. I cannot praise highly enough both this firm and the engineer they sent to unblock my nan's drain. Not only did the engineer turn up on time but was curtious and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. My Nan can be a bit demanding but as I have said , she was spoken to with courtesy and treated with respect. The job was also done in a very professional manner and to a high standard.
